Company’s main activities are performing agency services for vessels calling to Rijeka or other Croatian ports (also Koper, Slovenia), and chartering various cargoes, mostly for destinations within Mediterranean sea. We are specialized for general cargo vessels, as we are one of very few agencies in Rijeka with staff that has served vessels manipulating: various types of steel cargoes (profiles, coils, sheets, rails, rebars, wire rods in coils, slabs), bulk cargoes (fertilizers, grain), timber, oversized and heavy cargoes etc. We can provide agency service for tankers discharging crude oil and product carriers manipulating various types of fuel (eurodiesel, gasoline etc.) All terminals of Rijeka are covered: Omisalj oil terminal, Bakar – bulk and general cargo, Urinj – oil derivates, Port of Rijeka – general cargo, shipyards 3. Maj and Viktor Lenac, and Brsica – timber cargo. Our service covers, among other items: -inward and outward clearance without delays - timely reporting of vessels in port prior to arrival of vessel, and during vessel’s stay at port - daily reports on cargo manipulation, loading or discharging effect per shift, available cargo for loading or trucks / wagons for discharging - all arrangements for crew change, including transit visas for crewmembers that require visa to enter Croatia - coordinating fresh water supply, bunker supply, bilge water / sludge removal - obtaining various permits (welding, painting etc.) - obtaining Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate etc. In case vessel inspected by PSC, and especially in case of detention, court arrest, accidents etc. we always strive to provide maximum support to Owners and crewmembers.
