Udruga Invictus mare (UIM) was founded in Split, Croatia in 2013 by a group of maritime students. Today it grew up into recognized organization on University of Split. Today there is around 30 members active in youth work and student life standards. UIM is run by young people mostly studens of maritime college by means of a democratic structure. Organization has years of experience in the fields of non-formal education, youth policies, media, cultural heritage, environment, active citizenship and participation, human rights and youth work. UIM is a member of University of Split association. Our mission is to promote greater awareness of student and youth about various events at national and European level, to promote active participation in civil life and active citizenship as well as increase the activism of young people and make a contribution to the development of student standard and civil society
