Miro Sailing & Windsurfing Academy was established by highly educated sailing professionals in Croatia. Our sailing and windsurfing instructors graduated from University of Zagreb, Faculty of Physical Education specializing in sailing and windsurfing. We are addicted to sailing and have over 3 years of experience in instructing sailing and windsurfing both for children and adults in a multilingual environment. One of our instructors is a formal member of the Croatian National Sailing Team, and the others are still active racers or jury members. Our sailing and watersports center located in Lovrečica (Italian: San Lorenzo), near the beautiful city of Umag (Italian: Umago), located on the West Istrian coast of Adriatic Sea in Croatia. We are the first and till now the only Official BIC Watersports and Education Center on the Adriatic Sea. In addition to sailing we offer sit-on-top kayaks and SUP boards for recreation. Of course we have a powerful motorized rescue boat to support the on-water activities.
