Croatian Center for Cooperative Entrepreneurship (CCCE) was established by Amendments to the Law of Cooperatives (Official Gazette no. 76/14) as legal successor of Croatian Association of Cooperatives and it took over all the rights and obligations of Croatian Association of Cooperatives. CCCE continued with all activities of Croatian Association of Cooperatives, as is promotion, improvement and development of cooperative movement in Croatia, representing the interests of cooperatives, education, professional help to the cooperatives, central cooperative register management, cooperation with ministries and local institutions in purpose of improving legal framework affecting cooperatives etc. The Centre maintains a central records of cooperatives and cooperative associations, in accordance with the Byelaw on the records of cooperatives and cooperative associations, which issues certificates and other documents, which are public documents. All activities of the Centre are regulated by the Law of Cooperatives and the Statute of the Centre. CCCE is public institution controlled by the Administrative Council appointed by Government of Republic of Croatia. President of Administrative council is Assistant of Minister of Entrepreneurship and Crafts and other members are representatives of Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Veterans and CCCE.
