They have played an important role in the establishment of different film festivals, produced and directed various films, worked with cultural institutions etc. However, in spring 2006, they asked themselves: “Is it possible to found a company crossing the boundaries of customary business categories and profiles, a company led with curiosity and passion for what we do, a company treating its collaborators with care?” Hulahop was born out of love for film, art and culture, out of wish to take part in these activities in a manner less ordinary. The core business of Hulahop is documentary and short film production, organisation of the most important animated film festival in the region - Animafest Zagreb. Hulahop is partner of the art project Museum of Broken Relationships.
