Oliveras Food World has been founded because its owner Olivera wants to share her passion for coffee, food and cakes. Being a teacher by profession, Olivera not only loves to cook but she loves to share her knowledge with the others. She learned different European culinary styles, but her passion are dishes from the Austrian-Hungarian empire, including the region of north-western Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia and Italy. Do not forget that these regions, beside wonderful foods, are famous for delicious desserts, cookies and cakes, which Olivera makes with equal passion. Being a coffee lover as well, Olivera finished her training as barista and in Coffee Sensory and Tasting as well as in Coffee Roasting in Italy. She loves to share how to recognize a good or a bad coffee, how to mix different coffee drinks at home, how to choose a good coffee and to prepare it in order to enjoy in it.
