OZSN FER

Board for Scientific and Sports Competitions (in further text OZSN) was established by the Student Council from Faculty of electrical engineering and computing (in further text FER), in January 2011. Members of OZSN are prominent representatives from FER Student council, faculty employees and proactive students. It is important to emphasize that the board works with the full support of the FER administration, which is from the very beginning very supportive because of the work of OZSN for its extraordinary contribution in the promotion of knowledge, profession and university sports. Board’s goal is to provide financial means to cover all costs for our competitors and thus provide a chance for the FER’s most willing students to defend the colors of the faculty and to relinquish strength with colleagues from other faculties and universities at this prestigious competition. So far, OZSN has successfully given the chance, and organized, for FER students to compete at multiple international competitions: EuroKonostantia 2011 (Konstanz, Germany), EuroBelgrade 2011 (Belgrade, Serbia), Elektrijada 2012 (Kranevo, Bulgaria), EuroBelgrade 2012 (Belgrade, Serbia), Elektrijada 2013 (Siofok, Hungary), Elektrijada 2014 (Siofok, Hungary), Elektrijada 2015 (Bečići, Montenegro), Elektrijada 2016 (Rimini, Italy), Elektrijada 2017 (Budva-Bečići, Montenegro), STEM Games 2018 (Poreč, Croatia) and STEM Games 2019 (Poreč, Croatia).
