Open Media Group is non-governmental organization based in Zagreb specialized in awareness raising media campaigns (www.omg.hr). OMG gathers young people that have decided to employ their knowledge and experience in promotion of human rights and value of democracy (talented film directors, film editors, screenwriters, producers and actors) and together has developed numerous projects and media campaigns in which we use media language and media influence to point to these important issues. We want to use our expertise that includes media production, organization, media campaign design, and knowledge on media effects and its impact to raise awareness of the broad public about these important issues. We have made the first media campaign against trafficking for USAID in Croatia and this campaign consisted of TV clip, billboards and city lights, and was very noticed and marked with high grades in evaluation by the donors, mainly USAID as well as by independent agency.
